Full legal name, date of birth, nationality, gender, marital status; passport number, country of issue, date of issue and expiry; UAE residence visa details and Emirates ID; email address, telephone number(s), and postal address.
3.2 Application and Immigration-Related Data
Employment and occupational information (employer name, job title, employment history); financial documentation (bank statements, proof of funds, property ownership records, income evidence); travel history, confirmed travel itineraries, accommodation bookings; educational qualifications, professional certifications, and academic transcripts; invitation letters, sponsorship documents, travel and medical insurance certificates; civil status documents where required by a consular authority.
3.3 Biometric and Special Category Data
Photographs of an official documentary standard for visa submission purposes. Fingerprint and biometric data where required by the applicable embassy, consulate, or national immigration authority — in such cases data is collected and held exclusively by the relevant authorised visa application centre (e.g., VFS Global, BLS International, TLScontact) and is not retained by us.
3.4 Website and Technical Data
IP address, browser type and version, operating system; device identifiers, session tokens, referral URLs; pages visited, interaction events, session duration (collected via Google Analytics with IP anonymisation); cookie identifiers as further described in Section 8.

Enquiry submissions via web forms; correspondence via email, WhatsApp, and Telegram; service feedback, satisfaction ratings, and testimonials where provided voluntarily.

5.1 Embassies, Consulates, and National Visa Authorities
Application data is transmitted to the relevant sovereign authority as strictly necessary to process your visa application. This includes consular authorities of Schengen Area Member States, the United States Department of State, UK Visas and Immigration, and equivalent authorities in all other jurisdictions for which we provide services.
5.2 Authorised Visa Application Centres
We work with authorised commercial partners acting as official representatives of consular authorities, including VFS Global, BLS International, and TLScontact. These entities act as independent data controllers for biometric and appointment data within the scope of their agreements with the relevant government authority.
5.3 Technology and Service Sub-Processors
We engage carefully selected sub-processors for: secure cloud hosting and document storage; email, SMS, and messaging delivery services; CRM and case management platforms; appointment and scheduling systems; payment processing. All sub-processors are subject to written data processing agreements.
5.4 Legal, Regulatory, and Law Enforcement Disclosure
We may be required to disclose personal data to competent courts, law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, or other public bodies where we are under a legal obligation to do so, or where such disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights or comply with a lawful order.
