Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview
The Oki-Doki Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring new clients to Oki-Doki visa, residency, and business setup services. By participating, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate personal and payment information. Oki-Doki reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
3. Commission Structure
- Travel Visas: 5% base commission
- UAE Services: 8% base commission
- Business Setup: 10% base commission
- Residency Programs: 8% base commission
Performance tier bonuses (Silver +2%, Gold +5%) are added on top of base rates. Commission rates may be adjusted by Oki-Doki with reasonable notice.
4. Tracking & Attribution
Referrals are tracked via unique affiliate links and promo codes. The attribution window is 60 days from the initial click or code use. Only the first affiliate to refer a client receives credit. Self-referrals are prohibited.
5. Payouts
The minimum payout threshold is AED 500. Payouts are processed upon request and subject to admin approval. Oki-Doki will process approved payouts within 14 business days. Affiliates must provide valid bank details.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Self-referral or using your own affiliate code
- Misleading advertising or misrepresenting Oki-Doki services
- Spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive practices
- Bidding on Oki-Doki brand keywords in paid search
- Cookie stuffing or click fraud
7. Clawback Policy
Oki-Doki reserves the right to reverse (claw back) commissions in cases of fraud, chargebacks, service cancellations, or violations of these terms. Clawed-back amounts will be deducted from your available balance.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. Upon termination, pending approved commissions will still be paid. Oki-Doki may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
9. Modifications
Oki-Doki reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affiliates of significant changes.
