• Communication data: Messages sent via Telegram bot integration.

• To operate and maintain your affiliate account
• To track referrals and calculate commissions accurately
• To process payout requests to your designated payment method
• To send important notifications about your account (email, in-app, Telegram)
• To detect and prevent fraud, including self-referrals and bot activity

As an affiliate, you will not have access to personally identifiable information (PII) of referred clients. The dashboard displays anonymized referral data only (service category, status, commission amounts).

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use a 60-day attribution cookie to track referrals from your affiliate links. This cookie contains only your affiliate code and is used solely for commission tracking purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View all data associated with your account via the dashboard.
• Update: Modify your profile, email, and payment details at any time.
• Delete: Permanently delete your account and associated data via Settings.
• Export: Request a copy of your data by contacting support.

8. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your participation in the program. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed and referral records are anonymized for business reporting purposes.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
